A very warm Welcome to Nair Open Book Club (NOBC)
This page describes the rules that are required to be followed by all the borrowers at NOBC.
1. The books will be lent for a period of 14 days. They maybe issued twice simultaneously with prior permission. Thus giving you a maximum period of 28 days to read the lent book.
2. Late Returning of the books is a sign of laxity, which we wouldn't encourage. Hence a penalty system of ₹2 per day is strictly followed which if not paid heed to will lead to permanent debarment from NOBC usage.
3. The books will be lent on a first come first serve basis only. Physical presence of borrower is mandatory. We highly discourage requests on phone, WhatsApp and other media.
4. In any case of dispute, the opinion of the Nair Open Book Club volunteer will be final.
5. Please keep the book in proper shape. It'll be highly disrespectful to return the book in a bad condition. This will affect the experience of other readers too.
